"I had been kicking the tires on doing structured training as I had been seeing cyclists mentioning doing workouts. So I looked online and sought advice from local friends. They recommended certain apps and honestly it was all overwhelming. So I reached to Zac from Threatt Speed Systems and we set up a meeting to discuss where I wanted to be.

Why Zac? The answer is simple. Zac is a well known accomplished cyclist and he also incorporates weight training in his cycling. This was super important for me as I struggled with being sore from the weight training and getting the most out of bike rides.
